An existing 9,200 square foot former outpatient physical therapy area was completely renovated to provide a new sleep studies suite containing 10 general sleep studies bedrooms and 4 respiratory sleep rooms. Particular attention was given to sound isolation, patient privacy and security, and flexibility for changing electronic monitoring systems. An emphasis was made on a home like residential aesthetic including residential style wall coverings, significant amounts of wood finishes, and warm lighting.
