Addition of a self service coffee station, finishes upgrades, and new furniture enliven the 2,700 square foo, three story 299 Lobby Atrium, making it a destination space. Special attention was paid to coordinating with the Trinity brand colors and making sure that all finishes "go" with the original granite which remains.
